The apartment
This discreet 1st-floor, 2-bed holiday apartment (sleeps 4) has been newly refurbished to luxurious standards. On entry, you’re greeted with a welcoming, homely interior with the utmost attention to detail.
Sleeping 4 people, the apartment is ideal for families or small groups. The open-plan living spaces provide a roomy environment that flows between rooms, offering connectedness throughout the property.
A veranda to the rear allows for private outdoor recreation without engaging the crowds of the beachfront.

Evenings and mornings, you are greeted by the most eye-catching seaside sunrises and sunsets in your living space. The entire breadth of the bay can be enjoyed without leaving your front room, at any time of day or night.

The apartment directly overlooks the Weymouth seafront. The beach is just 20 metres away. Also, the esplanade is the #1 tourist attraction in town, and the apartment’s building is surrounded by some of the best cafes and restaurants in town.
FAQs
When is check-in / check-out?
Check-in is 3 pm on the arrival date and check-out is promptly 10 am on the departure date.
Does it have parking?
The apartment building sits directly on the Esplanade main road and doesn’t have its own parking. We recommended parking at the Swannery Car Park which offers free overnight parking between 6pm – 8am, and a maximum of £9 for 6 hours between 8am to 6pm.
What is your payment and cancellation policy?
We receive full fees upon booking. Cancellations made with at least 2 weeks’ notice will be accompanied by a full refund.
Do you accept pets?
No. We are currently unable to accept pets.
